Therapeutic Applications of Pilates 101: Dealing with Segmental Instability of the Spine
Description:
This course will cover therapeutic approaches using the Pilates Methodology in working with clients dealing with segmental instability of the spine including herniated discs, bulging discs, stenosis, spondylosis, degernatitve disc disease, scoliosis as well as numerous other conditions affecting the spine. We will also discuss the integrity of the lower leg (knee/ankle) and its relationship to the spine. This program outlines the fundamentals of Momentum's therapeutic programs and can be applied to numerous other special populations.
Dates & Times
Friday March 30, 2012: 1:00pm to 5:00pm
Saturday March 31, 2012: 10:00am to 1230pm & 2:00pm to 4:30pm (90min lunch break)
Sunday April 1, 2012: 10:00am to 1230pm & 2:00pm to 4:30pm (90min lunch break)
Total Hours = 14
Cost = $700 (Includes manual)
Registration deadline is March 1, 2012.
