Rich O’Connor

Rich has over 13years of teaching experience. He has a degree in Exercise Pysiology and is a GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® trainer.

Rich has over 13 years of teaching experience. He is a certified instructor and Authorized Pre-trainer in both GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS®. Rich is trained in GYROTONIC® Level 2 and GYROTONIC® applications for Golf. He is also certified on the GYROTONIC® Jumping-Stretching Board and Ladder. Rich began his professional career in movement in 1993 with a degree in Exercise Physiology before beginning a career as a strength and conditioning coach, working with elite amateur and professional athletes. He is also certified by the NASM, NSCA, and US Olympic Weight Lifting Organization. Rich also has an extensive martial art background that includes amateur boxing, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, and professional Mixed Martial Art competitions.
