Introduction to Momentum Studio
Momentum Studio is the largest and longest-established Pilates, GYROTONIC ® , and Feldenkrais® studio in New Mexico. Featuring an expansive 4000 square-foot facility dedicated to general and rehabilitative fitness, Momentum Studio is also home to our nationally recognized Professional Teacher Training Center.
Our cutting-edge disciplined movement programs help the injured and the ultra-athletic alike, facilitating relaxation and body awareness while fostering increased muscular flexibility, range of motion, core stability, and physical strength.

Healthy Movement
Momentum Studio provides its clients with a solid foundation for integrity of movement. "Integrity of movement" is simply healthy movement. We teach our clients how to move more efficiently and effectively as one aspect of developing a healthy lifestyle. Through an integrative approach to health and wellness that includes movement education and comprehensive exercise routines that challenge the total body, we provide our clients with the knowledge and tools they need to reach their fitness goals.
Our programs are complementary to-and enhance-other sport, exercise, and rehabilitation activities. The development of a sound foundation of healthy movement will both reward client's efforts in the short term, and will continue to serve them in the long term.
