What is Synergized Fitness?

At Momentum, our focus is on synergized fitness. Synergy is defined as “the interaction of two or more forces so that their combined effect is greater than the sum of their individual effects.” Synergized fitness occurs by combining the forces of various fitness approaches to create individual programs that benefit the total body.

Proper biomechanics are intended to be synergistic, so that the combined effects of individual muscle movements are healthy, fluid and focused actions that enable accomplishment while benefiting the body.

At Momentum Studio, we teach multiple movement methodologies as an integrative approach to health and wellness, to empower you with the knowledge and tools you need to reach your fitness goals including Pilates, GYROTONIC ® method, Barre Classes, Ballet Barre, and Feldenkrais.
